Performance Standards
In order to be considered for the joint University of Stirling / Stirling County RFC support, players must be of a standard capable of playing at the top level of Scottish club rugby. A proven track record at club level, academy or performance programme background, representative honours and competition levels will be amongst the indicators assessed.
Applying for a scholarship
Please complete and return the ISSP application form before 31 May for a September start.
Scholarships are subject to applicants achieving relevant academic entry requirements.
Additional Scholarship Opportunities
The University of Stirling offers a tuition fee waiver of £2,000 per year of study (up to a maximum of four years) to full-time undergraduate students who are classed as international for tuition fee purposes. To receive the award, students must meet the country-specific academic criteria for their undergraduate degree programme.
The University of Stirling offers sports scholarships to undergraduate students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland, EU and International with a value of £2,000 per year of study.
