Curriculum proposal forms
The forms used for curriculum proposals have been developed to take account of University policy and procedure, and statutory external requirements for information specified through both the UK Quality Code for Higher Education and consumer legislation.
In time, the new Curriculum Lifecycle Management (CLM) system will replace the need for the forms. In the meantime, the completion of the relevant forms will facilitate the required collation of:
- The 'public information' about the programme or module
- The 'management information' needed to inform the decision-making about the proposal.
You can access all the forms on this webpage, and below you will find summary details on the forms that are relevant for different types of curriculum proposals:

* Where you are proposing a change that impacts multiple programmes/modules (e.g. you are changing the SCQF level of a module that is taught on multiple programmes), you only need to submit one programme/module amendment form, as long as the information about the impact on each programme/module is detailed.
If you have any questions or are unsure if your proposal is a programme or module amendment, please contact Academic Registry (curriculum@stir.ac.uk) and we will be happy to help.
