Hall Fitness allows students to take part in taster fitness classes every Wednesday from 4.15-5pm at Juniper Court throughout the semester (11 September – 11 December 2019).
Hall Fitness is an opportunity to access physical activity for FREE or at a low cost to ensure positive physical and mental well-being whilst at University. It’s also a great way to socialise and meet fellow students.
Various fitness classes will be on offer including Pound Fitness, Zumba, Body Weight Circuits, and Clubbercise. Yoga will take place on the last Wednesday of every month.
