Pop-up events

Our monthly events are a great way to try something different, meet new students and have fun whilst keeping fit.

We’ll provide the equipment and banging tunes. The events will take place on the first Monday of every month and will include a range of UV events, bring something white or bright to our UV activities and get ready to glow!
