mywellness

mywellness is our digital fitness hub packed full of features and support to maximise your fitness journey to help improve your training experience.

We recommend you download the mywellness app and register before attending any of our introductory appointments.

Getting Started appointments

In our Getting Started appointments, you will meet with one of our trained fitness team for a 1:1 consultation. Firstly, we will talk through your reasons for joining, establish your aspirations for fitness and understand your training preferences.

You will get a guide to maximise our digital fitness platform and a tour of the fitness facilities.

We will then set you off on the right path for you. Depending on your review the team will recommend and suggest activities, exercises, classes or follow-up appointments to ensure you get started in the right way.

What to do before the appointment?

To get the most out of your appointment you should:

  1. download & Register mywellness;
  2. consider what you would like to achieve from your membership;
  3. think about what type of exercise/activities you are interested in.

What to bring?

We suggest you wear comfortable gym clothes and trainers and ensure you bring your phone with you to access mywellness.

Health MOTs

Using our In-Body scanner, the Health MOT appointment will give you an overall picture of your body measurements which is really important as a starting point. Some key data includes:

  • BMI
  • Weight
  • Height
  • Total Body Water
  • % Fat Mass
  • Body Fat Mass (BFM)
  • Basal Metabolic rate

After your measurements are taken our fitness staff will explain the results and suggest the next steps to improve your results.

Where can I find my measurements?

All the measurements will be stored digitally on your mywellness Profile. Each body scan will be stored so you can compare results over time. You can find all the data in the Results tab under Measure.

What to bring

You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes for the appointment in order for the In-Body Scanner to work. We recommend you wear comfortable loss fitting gym clothes and shoes that are easy to remove. Remember to bring your phone so you can check your results on mywellness.

How often should I do a Health MOT?

You can complete a Health MOT as often as you like. We recommend that you complete at least 2 per year to check and measure your progress.
