Fitness workshops

Our workshops are available at an additional cost to the membership. They are designed to provide focus and development of a specific area of fitness. 

Workshops will be over a set length of time between 4-8 weeks and sessions will take place at the same time each week. The aim of a workshop is to progress and improve in skills from when you start. 

Non-members are welcome to book into our workshops and can access our facilities and classes throughout the duration of the workshop to maximise their learning!
