Fitness clinics

In addition to fitness classes, the team will release a new programme of clinics every month. These are designed to educate and build confidence. 

Sessions will cover a range of topics around the following areas:

  • Exercise support
  • Digital guidance
  • Nutritional information
  • Physical activity knowledge
