Being active at University can improve your mental and physical well-being, increase your grade expectations and make you feel more included in the university community.
The Get Active programme provides an opportunity for all our students to adopt an active lifestyle. The programme is for everyone, whether you’re a beginner, want to get fit, play a favourite sport or try a new sport. The Get Active programme is a great way to meet new people and play sport with friends for free or at a low cost.

Student club sport at Stirling is run by the Stirling Sports Union, with over 55 clubs currently covering everything from athletics to water polo.
Many of our clubs are hugely successful and are always looking for students to get involved so why not get in touch to have a go!
