How to get here

You can fly from Pakistan via Dubai International Airport (DXB), and via Dublin Airport (DUB) to Glasgow International Airport (GLA), with Emirates and Etihad Airways respectively. From Pakistan, you can also fly to Edinburgh Airport via Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), and via Hamad International Airport in Doha (DOH) with Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways.

Glasgow International Airport is about 1 hour away, and Edinburgh Airport approximately 45 minutes from our University campus, travelling by car or taxi. By bus it's 60 minutes from Edinburgh Airport to Stirling, and 1 hour and 20-50 minutes to Glasgow Airport.

Entry requirements

Undergraduate

Direct Entry to 1st Year

Successful completion of High School Certificate Year 12, with an over all minimum of 75% , and 75% in subjects where there is a specific requirement (see individual course pages for details) or successful completion of year 1 from a recognised University.

Postgraduate

Applicants require a four year bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.6/4.0 or 60% (second class) or a three year bachelor’s degree with honours with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 75% or a two year bachelor’s degree plus a two year masters degree with a GPA of 2.7/4.0 or 60%.  Please note that individual course requirements may differ.

English language requirements

If English isn't your first language, you'll need to demonstrate a minimum level of English language proficiency. We accept a variety of tests, details of the minimum grades we require can be found on our English Language Requirements page.

Please also check the specific grades required for your chosen course by checking our individual course pages.

Submission of IELTS and other recognised English language tests may be waived on a case by case basis, if the medium of instruction at previous study was in English within the last five years. We require an official letter from your University or College.
