Come and take part in a Wellbeing Triathlon and move for your wellbeing. We're including a half hour of mat Pilates, followed by a social run outdoors around the campus, then we’ll wind down for the weekend with 20 minutes of relaxing Yoga in a candle-lit setting, followed by a cup of tea (or smoothie!) from Nourish.

No experience required, this is all about coming along to meet new people, destressing from exams and marking.

Book on our Wellbeing tile on the University of Stirling Sport app or through the online portal. First come, first served. Maximum of 20 spaces available. Mats, equipment, candles, aromatherapy and blankets all provided.
