Graduation

Graduation not only marks the successful completion of your studies but, under normal circumstances, offers the perfect opportunity to get together to celebrate and reflect upon your hard work and achievements with your family, friends and tutors. Therefore, it is with regret that the University has had to postpone its June and November 2020 ceremonies until June 2021, due to the risks posed by COVID-19. This decision – informed by the latest government guidance and public health advice – ensures that we continue to protect our students, staff and visitors at this unprecedented time.

Students who graduate in November will receive their letter of awards electronically and their award documentation, including award certificates, via post.

The Class of 2020 will be invited to celebrate their achievements at a ceremony in late June 2021, subject to government guidance and public health advice at that time. Planning is ongoing and further details on the ceremonies and the registration process will be made available in the coming months.
