13 to 19 May is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s theme is "Movement: Moving more for our mental health" which is chosen nationally by the Mental Health Foundation.

Being active is important for our mental health. But so many of us struggle to get enough exercise. Our programme of events this year will help you find moments of movement in your daily routine. Whether it is walking around our beautiful campus, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the living room or doing gentle chair exercises during your study break - it all counts!
