Adult tennis lessons

If you're a starter or an advanced player we’ll help you make the most of your tennis game. We’ll teach you skills, tactics and gameplay.

Our team of coaches run group lessons for adults of all abilities. Classes are delivered over the course of the year on our indoor tennis courts. Get in touch and we will find the right group and level to place you.

Adult Improver

Designed for people who want to improve their basic tennis skills, Adult Improver focuses on a key themes across the academic year and allows adults to focus on areas needing specific assistance.

Adult Intermediate

The course is designed for people who want to develop their basic skills to a more advanced level. Course content will include a wide variety of strokes and specific game situations.

Adult Advanced

This course is ideal for developing match-play skills, focusing on doubles play and including tactics, conditioned games, pressure drills and fun competitive skills.

Adult Social

This social class is perfect for those looking to play a friendly game of doubles.
