Support when you need it

Our friendly Accommodation Operations Assistants run residences on a day-to-day basis and can be found at university-managed residences’ reception desks. They are generally your first point of contact if you have any problems or issues. The AOA team provides cover to all residences 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
