Research (2)

Dr Michael uses art and photography to discover how teachers and other professionals learn. Recently she led an exciting collage-based project that explored how teachers support students from all backgrounds to succeed in school. Dr Michael also helps researchers worldwide find creative ways to write about their discoveries. Like a detective with a camera, Dr Michael studies how objects and environments affect learning and then uses her insights to challenge unfair professional practices.
