Yoga mini retreat

Join us for a relaxing day of yoga and mindfulness at the beautiful University of Stirling campus.
Based in tranquil settings at the top of campus, attendees will enjoy a full programme of yoga sessions, covering a variety of styles including iyengar, vinyasa, hatha, seasonal and nidra, as well as breathwork and mediation activities, all led by our highly-qualified team of instructors.
Join in with as many or as little sessions as you desire – this is your day to relax!
As well as the programme, attendees will also receive a luxury welcome pack as a memento of their visit. Lunch, tea and coffee will also be provided.

Having connected with the breath at the beginning of this session, here we'll look at integrating that into asana practice. Hatha yoga into yoga Nidra session with Eve Restore your body and mind with this deep relaxation practice, you will hold stretches for longer periods of time and prepare for yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
