Join us for a relaxing day of yoga and mindfulness at the beautiful University of Stirling campus. 

Based in tranquil settings at the top of campus, attendees will enjoy a full programme of yoga sessions, covering a variety of styles including iyengar, vinyasa, hatha, seasonal and nidra, as well as breathwork and mediation activities, all led by our highly-qualified team of instructors. 

Join in with as many or as little sessions as you desire – this is your day to relax! 

As well as the programme, attendees will also receive a luxury welcome pack as a memento of their visit. Lunch, tea and coffee will also be provided.

Morning breathwork with Jacqueline

Experience a variety of breathing techniques to empower you to build your own practice and achieve increased energy and mental strength.

Iyengar yoga with Kirsty

In Iyengar yoga we like the phrase “mediation in action”! Having connected with the breath at the beginning of this session, here we'll look at integrating that into asana practice. How the body, breath and mind can work together in union, to help achieve “meditation in action”.

Using movement and sound to release and cultivate energy. No musical experience required.

Vinyasa yoga with Priyanka

Priyanka guides a mindful Vinyasa flow class to help you find your centre. Move through postures to build strength and flexibility. Breathe deeply to calm your mind. Unwind and reconnect with your body through mindful movement.

Moon salutation yoga flow on patio/lochside with Eve

Moon salutations (chandra Namaskar) refers to a sequence of yoga poses that help calm the central nervous system and prepare the body for rest.

Hatha yoga into yoga Nidra session with Eve

Restore your body and mind with this deep relaxation practice, you will hold stretches for longer periods of time and prepare for yoga nidra (yogic sleep). It is an ancient technique where you enter the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world).
