Wellness activities

Morning wake-up flow and breathwork with Eve

Start the day with a gentle wake up. Starting in a lying position and slowly waking up the body with light stretches. Slowly moving into a flow, rejuvenating the body. Feel a deep sense of peace as you flow with your breath.

Iyengar Yoga with Kirsty

Iyengar Yoga focuses on meticulous body alignment within specific postures. You will pay close attention to how your body is positioned, ensuring optimal alignment for each asana to both physical precision and inner awareness.

Restorative yoga with bolsters with Eve

Restorative yoga is a restful, it is a gentle and nurturing style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and deep rest. During this practice you will be barely moving and holding only a few poses with a bolster. The only work required during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath, become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise, and then gently release them.

Sunrise yoga at Wallace Monument with Eve

From the hotel we will walk up to the Wallace Monument to catch the sunrise, where we will wake the body up with a beautiful flow as we watch the sun rise.

Lochside yoga with Lucy

Taking place beside the beautiful Airthry Lochside, wake the body up by flowing through a series of yoga poses, connecting to nature.

Oxygen experience with Reece

As an artist I create a specific theme and brain scape through sound to take the listener on a deep dive within. As they begin to close the eyes shutting off the senses to the external world, we will now begin to see through the ears, combined with subconscious rewiring I will provoke change to the old self. Allowing you if you wish to peel back the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and reinventing your new self-image.

Yoga Nidra and Reiki with Eve and Elspeth

Originating in Japan, Reiki (or Usui-Reiki) is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing technique that focuses on channelling universal life energy to promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This energy is present in everyone and flows through our bodies, nurturing us. If this energy becomes disrupted or blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional imbalances. Using light touch, the Reiki practitioner's hands seek to restore the natural flow of energy, channelling it where it's needed most, developing a sense of calm and deep relaxation which enhances the mind and body's ability to heal and restore. The recipient might experience sensations such as warmth or tingling and some experience a sense of clarity or emotional release. Combining Yoga Nidra and Reiki can enrich your experience of profound relaxation.

Vinyasa yoga with Priyanka

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that emphasises movement with breath. It is characterized by continuous flow poses, with each pose linked through inhale and exhale.

Sound bath with Tracy

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. You will feel deeply relaxed and sound baths have many health benefits.

Andriani’s Seasonal Yoga

Seasonal Yoga is designed to align the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, giving balance, harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being. It is a unique fusion of Hatha Yoga and Qi-gong supporting you to clear the body’s energy pathways (meridians) aligning you with the natural rhythms of each season evolving throughout the year through Yoga movement, breathwork and meditation.

Tai Chi inspired flow with Shante

Begin with gentle, breath-led movement, easing into the body with flowing sequences that cultivate balance, warmth and a deep sense of grounding.

Finding power in change

Finding power in change, practice incorporating breathwork and movement to improve meditation and increase self-awareness.

Pilates flow with Shante

Flow through a total body conditioning class that strengthens the core, improves posture, balance, flexibility, and agility to the beat of the music.
