Be Connected

Our Be Connected programme is inspired by the 5 ways to wellbeing.

Below you’ll find a range of live, in-person and virtual events, activities and resources, from live workouts hosted by our Sports Centre staff and friendly drop in coffee sessions, to craft workshops and meditation sessions. We update the calendar each week, so keep checking back to see what's on.

There's also a great array of online resources for you to learn something new, keep fit and well or soak in some culture. Follow our hashtag #BeConnected on the University’s social media platforms to keep up to date about what we’re offering and promoting every week.
