Big Summer Picnic

Celebrate summer and grab your colleagues, friends, or come and meet new people for 1pm on Wednesday 15 July. This event is planned for Queen's Court, however, in the instance of poor weather, this will move to the Atrium and you will be notified by email on the day.

To attend, please register via the link and state your dietary requirements on booking - we will aim to accommodate these where possible. Expect complimentary nibbles, live music and mocktails! Feel free to bring your own blanket for chilling out.

This event is running as part of the university’s BeConnected Programme, designed to help you enjoy your time on campus, take a breather from studies/work, and meet new people.

Please note that regardless of bookings and stated dietary requirements, complimentary food will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This allows us to minimise food waste and prioritise attendees on the day, thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you then!
