Sports and remedial therapy

Sports and Remedial Therapy helps the body recover from injuries, relieve muscular tension, improve movement, and support overall wellbeing through hands-on treatment, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises.

Ross Clark leads our service, providing tailored therapy sessions combining massage, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education to address the root cause of symptoms - not just the pain.
