About me

Dr. Emmanuel Arakpogun is an academic in Digital Economy and International Business Strategy with research interests that interlink the liberalisation of the telecoms market and the application of universal access policies as a combined strategy for creating innovative solutions to closing the digital divides in the global south, particularly African countries. He reviews journals listed on the Chartered ABS, including Government Information Quarterly, Information Technology & People, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Journal of Management Information Systems. He also reviews for the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Academy of International Business (AIB). Prior to joining the University of Stirling, Emmanuel worked with Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, as Senior Lecturer in Digital Economy and International Business Strategy.
