Join us for a nourishing afternoon of creativity, connection, and wellbeing delivered by Lauren from Herbal Homestead and Jodie from Create Club. Running as part of Wellbeing Week, this workshop will involve:

  • Tea meditation, helping you tune in to the macro form and flow of the beautiful hazel tree. From its bark, you will also make an infusion as a base for your herbal mist.
  • Therapeutic drawing which will explore close observation and micro structures of the hazel tree; catkins, buds, and winter flowers.
  • Herbal mist spray creation where you will learn about the gently stimulating, calming, and/ or restorative qualities of selected essential oils and botanicals which can be added to make a unique blend of mist spray to take home.

All materials will be provided and no experience is needed. We have limited spaces for this event so a note that, regardless of bookings, we will be running this on a 'first there on the day, first guaranteed a space basis' so please come early/on time to ensure you get a spot.

This event is running as part of the university’s BeConnected Programme, designed to help you enjoy your time on campus, take a breather from studies/work, and meet new people. Sound up your street? Simply book your space via the link.
