On Wednesday 4 February, between 10:00 and 15:00, Scotland Hub and Student Volunteers will be in the Atrium for the super swab day event in aid of DKMS.
If you’re aged between 17-55, and in general good health, please come along and register - all it takes is a 3 minute cheek swab! If you're interested in registering but unable to come along on the day you can also register online.
DKMS holds the biggest stem cell register in the UK, with over 1 million active registered donors. Through the DKMS register, more that 2,700 donors in the UK have provided their stem cells for people needing transplants. Donating stem cells to someone with blood cancer could save their life and it can be as easy as giving blood.
