Getting around Stirling by bike has never been easier with nextbikes run by Santander Cycles Stirling.

Santander Cycles Stirling offer high-quality and cheap bike rentals get staff, students and visitors local users, tourists and beyond to where they need to be in a sustainable and healthy style.

The University funds a corporate subscription with nextbike which allows all staff and students free use of the scheme and free rental of a bike for the first 30 minutes of every ride. A small charge (50p per ½ hour) will apply for bike rentals longer than 30 minutes.

How to register and it works

The quickest way to register is by using the free nextbike app - you can download it for free on the Nextbike website or from the usual app stores.

You can also register as a university student or staff member on the Nextbike website.

Once you've registered on the app, select your university to sign up for your campus membership offer.
