Events for teachers, high school counsellors and career advisers

We attend many different events throughout the UK and Europe as well as hosting events on our campus.  Come along and meet the team to ask any questions you have about the University of Stirling or higher education.

Open Days

Our Open Days allow students to explore our beautiful campus, check out our diverse range of courses and spend invaluable time with staff and students to get a taste of what life as a Stirling student is really like. Teachers and supporters are all more than welcome.

Events on campus for teachers, high school counsellors, college lecturers and advisers

We aim to provide information about the university to help support advisers in their work with prospective students. This will include information on the current higher education market, a chance to meet academic representatives and find out more about the University.

We host a teachers and advisers conference for those based throughout the UK if you would like more information about this please contact your regional representative.

We run course specific webinars and general webinars to help potential students find out more about studying at the University of Stirling.

Tour of schools and further education colleges in Northern Ireland

Representatives from seven Scottish universities (Stirling, Strathclyde, Heriot-Watt, Dundee, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh) visit schools and further education colleges throughout Northern Ireland during a one-week tour in the spring term. The tour promotes the benefits of studying in Scotland and highlights the distinctive features of each touring institution.

Please contact our Student Recruitment Officer for Northern Ireland if you’d like us to visit your school or college as part of the next tour.

UCAS Exhibitions

UCAS Exhibitions are organised across the UK and are attended by representatives from a wide range of institutions, including the University of Stirling. They’re an effective way for students, teachers, advisers and parents to find out about the different opportunities available to them within higher education.
