Events on campus for teachers, high school counsellors, college lecturers and advisers
We aim to provide information about the university to help support advisers in their work with prospective students. This will include information on the current higher education market, a chance to meet academic representatives and find out more about the University.
We host a teachers and advisers conference for those based throughout the UK if you would like more information about this please contact your regional representative.
Adviser Conference 2024 (Scotland)
Secondary teachers, college lecturers, DYW coordinators as well as SDS and other careers advisers from Scotland are invited to attend the Adviser Conference 2024 (Scotland) held at the university campus on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
The event is designed to assist you in your advisory role when supporting others interested in Higher Education as an option. On offer will be various taster sessions providing important information on courses, applying to university and other aspects of student life and study at Stirling. You will also have the opportunity to network with professionals from Secondary, Further and Higher education.

Tour of schools and further education colleges in Northern Ireland
Representatives from seven Scottish universities (Stirling, Strathclyde, Heriot-Watt, Dundee, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh) visit schools and further education colleges throughout Northern Ireland during a one-week tour in the spring term. The tour promotes the benefits of studying in Scotland and highlights the distinctive features of each touring institution.

UCAS Exhibitions are organised across the UK and are attended by representatives from a wide range of institutions, including the University of Stirling. They’re an effective way for students, teachers, advisers and parents to find out about the different opportunities available to them within higher education.
