Stone to the Sun: a poem

stone to the sun

breeze to the grass

birdsong from the branches

balm for the soul

mist to the hilltops

shower to the earth

path of the searching mind

dream to the clouds

flower to the spring

moon to the pool

love in the keen heart

here to the now
