About me

Mausam Budhathoki completed a Master of Science in technology in integrated food studies with a specialisation in sensory and consumer science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a Master of Science in public health from the University of East London, United Kingdom. Recently, he has joined the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling, United Kingdom as a Marie Curie ITN Early-Stage Researcher/PhD student under the H2020-MSCA-ITN-2020: EATfish project to investigate the societal perception of European farmed seafood internationally. He has proven ability to plan, design, conduct, analyse and interpret advanced research methodologies to sensory and consumer science.
