First paragraph: One advantage for a small business is the agility to respond to change more quickly than its larger competitors. The challenges of change are clear in the current economic context, and they include rising costs, customer retention issues and difficulty attracting new employees. But how can small businesses move from identifying the change to effectively actioning the change? Businesses need to plan and execute effective strategies for growth and innovation. This includes addressing an organisation's business model.
