About me
Anastasios Baltadakis is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Aquaculture Stirling. Main focus during his undergraduate and masters was the impact of urban development on sensitive and important ecosystem such as seagrass meadows (Greece) and coral reefs (Malaysia ).
During his PhD studies Anastasios is looking at the feasibility of Integrated Multi- Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) at different spatial scales. His work includes Fatty acids, Stable isotopes, modelling of waste dispersion, marine spatial planning.
Teaching
Anastasios is working as a demonstrator for the Institute of Aquculture at Stirling University at various rocky shore ecology field trips, and species identification (Lab based).
