I graduated from Stirling University in 2004 and completed my MSc in Sports Studies in 2006. Whilst studying for this postgraduate degree, I worked in Sports Studies as a graduate Teaching Assistant.
Since the conclusion of my postgraduate degree, I have joined the staff in the Department as a Teaching Fellow. In this role I contribute to teaching on a number of Sports Studies undergraduate modules and collaborate with the Marketing Department to deliver two modules in Leisure Studies.
I am the MSc mentor and a member of the undergraduate advisory team.
I am the module co-ordinator for SPS911 (Introduction to Sports Studies 1), SPS913 (Issues and Concepts in Sports Studies) and SPS914 (The Historical Development of Sport). In addition, I provide the School of Sport's contribution to the Marketing modules LEI9LS and LEI9LM.
