Rachel is responsible for ensuring that the online enrolment process is opened and accessible via the Portal and that relevant support is made available to enable students to complete the process - this includes the production and distribution of Student ID Cards, as well ensuring that data held within the student records system is up to date and accurate.  Rachel is also responsible for the transfer of data to local authorities relating to council tax exemption for full-time students at the University.
