Abstract
These materials have been developed by University of Stirling and Action for Children from an original version of Childhood Neglect: Improving Outcomes for Children that were commissioned by the Department for Education for use in England. In 2013 The Scottish Government commissioned this adaptation of the original materials. Whilst this version is directly applicable to Scotland, it would also, with a little adaptation, be applicable to a range of other jurisdictions with similar concerns about, and responses to neglected children.
