This manual provides information required by candidates undertaking the HCPL test. It presents multiple choice and oral questions and answers accompanied by the reason each answer is correct and the observation criteria. It is also a useful resource to help home care workers reflect on their day-to-day practice. The language and presentation is accessible to those who do not have recent experience of study.
