Abstract
This document presents the findings of the Final Internal Evaluation, conducted by the Employment Research Institute, Edinburgh Napier University partner for the “Skills Panorama – Achieving Regional and Local Impact” (ARLI) project. This is a relatively light-touch evaluation, focused on understanding to what extent the objectives of the project are being met and whether the intended impact is likely to be achieved; and enabling any adjustments to be made during the project lifetime.
