Abstract
Join Dr Gyorgy Toth and Dr Stephen Bowman on this walking tour of Glasgow’s transatlantic historical sites, during which they talk about some of the issues explored on their modules. Dr Toth teaches the special subject HISU9M7: Transnational Histories of the 20th century United States. Dr Bowman teaches the new semester 6 module HISU9B6: From Glasgow to New York: The History of the World’s Greatest Cities.

A video walking tour of Glasgow as a transatlantic city, focusing on the connections between Glasgow and North America, esp. colonial and then the United States. Closed captioning available.
