Abstract
The Report was commissioned by the Chinese Arbitration Association to investigate the scope of the duty of confidentiality on both regional and global basis in order to advise on the Arbitration Law Amendment Committee how the drafting of the relevant provisions on confidentiality. The research covered 198 jurisdictions and 293 arbitration institutional rules.
