Abstract
The aim of this report is to review the international literature to identify what technologies have been used or have the potential to be adopted by PWUD, their reported benefits, views on the potential use of technologies, and evidence of their effectiveness. The review scoped and combined two broad concepts: 1) digital technologies and 2) people who use drugs.
