About me

I joined the University of Stirling in June 2014 as Lecturer in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and Coaching after completing my PhD. My main responsibility is to provide academic leadership for the development and delivery of the School's personal and professional development initiatives. I was previously a teaching assistant within the University of Stirling Management School where I co-ordinated modules and developed teaching materials. Prior to joining the University of Stirling I was initially a textile designer and then factory manager with responsibility for customer liaison. Education:

Research

My research interests extend from my thesis: operational research models in the public sector and from my employment: the pedagogy of employability of graduate students.
