Dr Rachele Nateri

About me

Rachele is a newly qualified and HCPC registered and BPS Chartered sport and exercise psychologist. Their background is in psychology and after concluding a MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology they moved to Scotland to pursue a doctorate (DPsych) on the same subject at Glasgow Caledonian University. They now work as Research Fellow for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership project for the University of Stirling and Walking Scotland. The project aims at co-producing a digital tool with young people to support them to move more during their school day. Rachele’s main interests are on wellbeing and emotion regulation with an athletic and public population. Their work as applied psychologist aims at supporting people to reach their full potential in a performance environment and in their daily lives.
