I am working as a Senior Lecturer in Management, Work and Organisation Division. I have experience in teaching, UG, PG and supervising PhD students. My research interests are open innovation, circular economy, carbon neutral business. I am a member of INFORMS. I am Divisional Chief Examiner for the Work, Management and Organization Division. I am also working as an External Examiner for the University of Hull.
