Levenbert Contract

A. Providing Consulting Services Related to the Oman Vision 2040 Project –“Oman Vision 2040: Vision Workshops Phase” as per annexes (A and B) as follows: • Research and Design • Design Workshop in Muscat (Feb 14, 15, and 19) • Preparation in Muscat (March 6, 7, and 8) • Workshop in Muscat (March 11, 12, and 13) • Post mission work for reporting purposes

B. Project and Account Management • Work with the assigned project manager(s) to manage tasks assigned to the Second Party; • Provide full documentation for project activities as deemed necessary. C. Reporting • The Second Party will report directly to the First Party’s Management and/or to any assigned representative by the First Party or its Client as needed.
