Review of Making Life Better Framework

We have signed a contract with the IPH to conduct a piece of policy analysis (also a key part of the C19 impact case study 2). We have agreed the funding (FAH has waived overheads), which pays for a temporary contract for Sean Kippin, who has been doing this work at 0.6FTE since mid-November. We are at an urgent stage of needing to process this project to allow us to pay Sean in a timely manner.
