Measuring the Impact of SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes

The project aims to collaboratively develop an evaluation framework for Glasgow's Helping Heroes (GHH), together with GHH staff, in three phases. In Phase 1, we will work with GHH staff to develop a theory of change for the organisation and to develop the evaluation framework. In Phase 2, we will support GHH staff to pilot the evaluation framework and identify any changes needed to the system. In Phase 3 we will analyse the data collected to provide a full evaluation report, including a Social Return on Investment analysis, and provide a clear model for GHH staff to continue with the evaluation framework into the future.

The project is a collaboration with Glasgow Caledonian University and SSAFA: The armed forces charity.
