About me

About me

I joined the University of Stirling in June 2014 as Lecturer in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and Coaching after completing my PhD. My main responsibility is to provide academic leadership for the development and delivery of the School's personal and professional development initiatives. I was previously a teaching assistant within the University of Stirling Management School where I co-ordinated modules and developed teaching materials. Prior to joining the University of Stirling I was initially a textile designer and then factory manager with responsibility for customer liaison. Education:

Bachelor of Science with Honours in Management Science and Psychology, University of Stirling Master of Research in Business and Management, University of Stirling Doctor of Philosophy; Management Thesis Title: Modelling the Shift in the Balance of Care in the NHS; University of Stirling

My research interests extend from my thesis: operational research models in the public sector and from my employment: the pedagogy of employability of graduate students.
