Mrs Ashley Willis

I am a primary teacher from Arizona, US. My teaching experience has led me to further explore improving physical activity in the classroom and the physical and mental health and well-being of both teachers and students.

My current research interests include incorporating physical activity (PA) in the primary classroom through various methods including movement integration. My research focuses on using behaviour change science to address the barriers and facilitators impacting teachers' use of PA in their daily routines.

My previous research has also included strategies of differentiation in primary schools and inclusion from an anti-oppressive theoretical approach.
