I come from a city called Chennai in the south-east of India, I grew up in France for most my early life, and moving from country to country, I moved to Liverpool Hope university where I did my undergraduate in Sport Science (2019), and then a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Liverpool John Moores University (2020). Some of my key experiences include working as an S&C coach and/or sport scientist with GB Handball, Sheffield Hallam University, Liverpool Handball, Liverpool John Moore's University, Liverpool Sefton Hockey.
I am currently a PhD Researcher working in collaboration with the SportScotland Institute of Sport in an applied role to investigate the use of neural measurements to inform coaching practice. One key measure employed is the non-invasive assessment of skeletal muscle radial displacement through Tensiomyography (TMG)
Outside interests include video games, anime and animated movies/series, judo, Olympic weightlifting.
