About me

About me

I am a third year PhD student investigating the exposure potential of rural versus urban inland waters for equitably improving population health and wellbeing, with the hope of informing future policy decision making. My current research project involves the application of diary research methods to test whether exposure to inland blue spaces can consistently improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for the Scottish population.

Blue health - the impact of blue spaces on population health.
