I am a Lecturer in the Economics Division of the University of Stirling, and affiliated at KU Leuven (Department of Economics), University of Edinburgh (Center on Constitutional Change), and CESifo (Munich).
My research spans the fields of public economics and political economy, with a specific focus on political attitudes and (fiscal) federalism.
