Uloma Onwukeme

I chose the University of Stirling for my Housing Studies Diploma programme because the Department was the only one that offered the modules that I wanted to study and through distance learning as well. It was a fantastic opportunity to visit Scotland and I have enjoyed every single moment of my time at Stirling. The tutors couldn't be more helpful and they made me believe that I could achieve my goals. The Collaborate sessions enabled interaction with the other students and made me feel like part of a group, it reduced the isolation which can be an issue with distance learning. I am now more confident and feel equipped to apply for jobs in housing management. Overall, it has been an empowering experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
