Advice for parents and carers

Going to university can be a big step for students and their families – but it’s also an exciting time.

From the application process onwards, we regard all students as adults. All correspondence is sent directly to the individual applicant or student. Our services are always happy to speak to parents or guardians. We’ll provide all the support and advice needed to make the most of university life.

Applying to university

Most students will apply via UCAS. Find out all abut the application process so that you can support your student successfully through it.

All the important dates and deadlines for applications can be found on the UCAS website.
